When you place your order you are able to specify in the 'Note/Any other comments' section that your delivery can be dropped off without signing for it. Otherwise delivery will require a signature.

Yes, all our masks are shipped directly to your location from our Adelaide manufacturing site.
We use couriers that deliver to a physical address and not a PO Box. If you have concerns about your delivery, please Contact Us.
We want to ensure you get your face mask online order as fast as possible.
If one of your face mask products is out of stock, we will organise a split delivery. The remainder of your order will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Detmold Medical manufactures masks onsite in South Australia, ensuring reliable face mask production and stock. We deliver masks Australia wide, orders placed before 11am ACST or 10.30pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard TIme), will be dispatched the same day.
